Go-Virtual Membership Terms and Conditions

Workspace365 reserves the right to change its products, services and charges by giving one months’ notice in writing.  Services are provided during the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or at other times as negotiated. Payment of invoice is due on or before the 1st of the month, late charges may apply for late payments. Should an account fall in excess of 2 weeks (10 working days) your Agreement may be terminated without further notice. A reconnection fee of $140 will apply. Clients may not solicit the employment of Workspace365 staff during their term with workspace365, or 12 months thereafter. In the event that a staff member is employed by a client, the client must pay an introduction fee of 25% of their gross wage. The client should not make unreasonable demands on the services and staff of Workspace365. The client will not abuse or mistreat (verbally or otherwise) any staff members of Workspace 365.  A refundable deposit equal to 1 month’s licence fees is to be held by Workspace365. Clients will be charged a once-off setup fee of $100.00 Excluding GST. Telephone calls and any other member services incurred at any of our locations will be billed monthly in arrears. In order to terminate your Agreement, you must give a minimum of 1 month’s notice in writing, prior to the initial agreement period. Credit cards will automatically be debited in advance on the 1st day of each month. 

To formalise the service, Workspace365 requires a copy of a credit card, card holder’s identification (passport or driver’s license), and fully refundable deposit plus the signed Agreement.
In the event that payment has declined, you will be charged a fee of $20.00+GST for this failed transaction. In the event that your overdue account has been referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all additional costs to collect the full debt, including legal costs.

Go-Virtual Business Address
Letters will be handled as per your instructions and can either be held for collection or automatically forward to you (secretarial, envelope and postage charges apply). If parcels are received (parcel size as per Australia Post standard) you will be notified and will have 24 hours to make the collection otherwise parcel storage charges may apply. With written authority, mail can also be screened and forwarded via scan/email, charges apply.  Couriers can be arranged upon written requests. Includes 8 hours per month access to any business lounge.

Go-Virtual Telephone Answering
The Go-Virtual telephone service includes

a dedicated CBD telephone number, and messages emailed with three details (i.e. name, area code, telephone number). This package is inclusive of 100 incoming calls p.m. (over 100 calls p.m. may incur additional costs) and up to 4 contacts within your organisation.  

Go-Virtual Address, Phone & Flexi Desk Membership

In addition to the products and services within the Go-Virtual Business Address and Go-Virtual Telephone packages above, this package also includes 5 hours per month of a flexi desk and 8 hours per month access to the Business Lounge at your home centre (non- accruable, subject to availability).

Go-Virtual Platinum Membership
In addition to the products and services within the Go-Virtual Business Address and the Go-Virtual telephone packages above, Platinum membership also includes 8 hours per month of a flexi desk, 3 hours per month of a 3 – 8 person meeting room and 40 hours per month access to any

Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane Business Lounge (non-accruable, subject to availability).

Business Lounge Member Access
Packages include Member access 45 - permitting 45 hours p.m of personal use of any Business Lounge within Workspace365 network for $59 Excluding GST p.m. or Member access unlimited – permitting unlimited access of personal use of any Business Lounge within workspace365 network for $99 p.m. Excluding GST, or 5 days/week $99 per month between 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Both packages entitle members to preferred internal rates for services including meeting and boardrooms, invitations to Member events and access to Member Specials. Please note business lounge member access is provided on the following terms and can be cancelled by authorised Workspace365 staff at any time. Guest passes are available for friends and family for a daily fee at prevailing rates. Should a guest of a member be allowed into the lounge without observing proper check-in procedure, Workspace365 reserves the right to charge the non-member daily rate of and/or cancel membership.
Meeting Rooms, Day Office & Flexi-Desk Rentals
24/7 access is available at all locations (350 Collins St excepted). When a booking is made a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required prior to the commencement of the booking.  New clients who book outside of office hours must present in person and provide valid ID, deposit and meet with reception staff prior to the 1st booking even if booked online. This procedure is necessary in order to gain access cards/keys for 1st visit. Please NOTE: Additional charges will apply for after-hours air con use at prevailing rates.

Should clients exceed booking times; the client will be charged for the extra time at the prevailing hourly rates.  The expectation is that professional business services will be conducted within workspace365 premises at all times. Workspace365 has the right to cancel membership and advise the appropriate authorities if the professional business conduct is not observed. Please note, the common areas and business lounges are monitored via cameras as well as entry to and from the Ground Level lobby doors. If you use the bike racks or shower, please be sure to use the services in a timely basis and do not leave your items/bike for an extended period of time or Workspace365 may choose to cancel these privileges.
Delivery Policy
After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from workspace365 containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please proceed with the email confirmation to the front desk at the selected location.

Cancellation Policy and After-hour charges
Casual clients must provide 48 hours’ written notice to cancel or amend a booking otherwise full cost of the booking will apply. Contracted clients (current Office/Virtual clients) must provide 24 hours’ written notice to cancel or amend a booking otherwise full cost of the booking will apply.
If requested, staff charges will apply for bookings outside business hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday at prevailing rates.

Mutual Obligations
Workspace365 and the Client shall keep the terms and conditions of this Agreement confidential and shall not disclose any information relating to the terms and conditions to any third party, unless the consent of the other is first obtained in writing and if the Premises of Workspace365 for any reason beyond the control of the parties becomes unfit for use or occupation, may terminate this Agreement immediately by notice in writing from one to the other, with no compensation being payable.

The Client hereby indemnifies and releases Workspace365 from all claims against Workspace365 in relation to the Client, member and/or any employee, servant, agent and/or invitees of the Client or member for any loss, damage or consequential loss incurred by the client or member from the provision of any products or services provided by Workspace365.


Workspace365 regards customer privacy as an important part of its relationship with its clients and members. The following privacy policy applies to all Workspace365 clients and customers and conforms to Internet privacy standards.
Collection of Information
In order to use the Workspace365 website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Workspace365 is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from workspace365 customers are required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our services, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at contact@workspace365.com.au.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide proof of ID and contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Workspace365 uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at contact@workspace365.com.au.
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Third Parties
Workspace365 may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
Workspace365 does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Links on the Workspace365 site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of www.workspace365.com.au and related entities.
